|If your Pebble Gear™ Kids Tablet has an existing Wi-Fi connection, the tablet updates automatically as soon as a update is available.
|How do I setup Wi-Fi?
|In the first steps of setting up the tablet, you will be requested to select a Wi-Fi connection and enter your password. Later, you can change the settings in your parent account.
|I deleted one of the preloaded apps by mistake how do I reinstall it?
|This is not possible. If you still managed to do so, contact our technical support team.
|How do I update apps?
|If your Pebble Gear™ Kids Tablet has an existing Wi-Fi connection, the apps updates automatically as soon as a new update is available.

|You can expand the memory with an SD card or delete various content from the device that you no longer need.

|Open the screen that you want to capture. Press and hold the Power and Volume down buttons at the same time for a few seconds.

|What is included in the box?
|In the box are the Pebble Gear™ Kids Tablet, a bumper, a charging cable with adapter and the user manual.
|How do I change the theme on the child's interface?
|How do I set up my parental account?
|To change the e-mail address linked to the tablet, press the e-mail address bar at the top of the menu. You will be requested to enter the new e-mail address. A confirmation link will be sent to the e-mail address you selected, please click on the link to confirm your e-mail.
|How to add another parental account?
|Unfortunately, you cannot create a second parent account. But with this one you can perform all necessary actions.
|What stores can I use and where can I find them?
On the Pebble Gear™ Kids Tablet you can find the GameStore Junior icon in the menu where you can download all apps for free.
|Can I set up more than one child account?
Yes, you can set up till four child accounts by pressing the plus icon on the account selection screen.
|How do I change the parental PIN?
You can change the parent PIN by clicking the “Change parent PIN” button. You will then be requested to enter a new PIN for the parent account. Enter your new PIN and press “Next”. You will then be asked to confirm your new PIN, press “Next” to complete the process.
|What can I do if I have forgotten my PIN to access the parental area?
If you have forgotten your PIN, the device can be reset by pressing the “Reset PIN” button before entering the parent account. A reset link will be sent to the e-mail address you selected later and must be confirmed. Please be assured that the RESET of your PIN does not delete any apps, games or e-books on the device.
|How do I set up the time management / rules?
In the parent account you will find the setting options for the game times under the aspect “Control”.
|How do I manage authorised apps?
The authorizations of the individual apps do not need to be edited, as all necessary accesses are assigned without endangering the security of your privacy or that of your child.
|How do I create a child profile?
During the setup process of your device, you will be asked to specifiy your child's / children's account(s).
|How to share media content between profiles?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.
|How do I delete a profile?
In the settings you can find the accounts and the administration possibilities of these under the category account.
|How do I switch between profiles?
If you set the tablet to locked mode and wipe out the lock screen, you will see a menu with all profiles.
Locked Mode: The tablet can be switched into locked mode by pressing the Power button for one second.
Lock Screen: The screen you see after pressing the Power button is called "lock screen". When wiping over the lock screen, the created profiles will show up.
|How do I create an account on GameStore Junior?
You don’t need to create an account for GameStore Junior in the first year. After the first year you will be asked to create an account by entering your e-mail address and a password.
|How do I install an app from GameStore Junior from the parental profile?
You can open the GameStore Junior from the parents profile and then install apps.
|How can my child install apps by itself on their profile?
Within the parental control, you can specify whether your child should be able to download apps from the GameStore Junior.
|How do I uninstall apps?
You must select the selected app icon by pressing and holding. You can then delete the app by pressing the trash icon. This is only possible in the parents profil.

The clock is automatically searching your time zones by the Wi-Fi connection, so you never have to set it up.
|How to reset my device?
|To complete a factory reset on the tablet, press the ‘Factory Reset’ button in the settings. An information box _x0003_will appear asking you to confirm that you want to fully reset the tablet to its original state. To continue with the factory reset, press the ‘Yes’ button.
